shrug I imagine that Aza would put it in his story that the police chief attempted to block a kill and failed or succeeded instead of just he blocked, but nothing happened. I could be wrong on that though.

Honestly, with the mafia killing both untouchables so quickly, it would lead me to believe that there is at least one mafia/al who really knows what they are doing. That was partly what made me think Dole could very well fit that role.
