how about -10% pop globally, but for every troop you train, you get a copy of it. So if you train 10 tanks, 20 get put into production without costing you soldiers. On the downside it does affect your barrack space.

honestly unreliable didn't really show up as a baddie to me last game if it wasn't for the hint that walls gave us masons. It is possible he was trying a bit too hard to be town early on, then disappeared after.

Yeah the bad guys made a bad move training Rohan into chief last round. Granted, it probably would have worked fine if Tyrsis hadn't been outed so fast.
