    If you're affected, just open a dispute on PayPal citing shitty service and not getting what you paid for. I honestly don't understand why no-one has done it yet in all these years. I've done it for years on other websites and I always get a full refund + It sends a message to the site owner that you won't tolerate their nonsense.
